My maximum liability shall be no more than the charges paid for any service or product. No warranties or guarantees of any kind are provided for any product, or service expressed or implied.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The A-Team in Transformation against all liabilities, claims, judgments, fines, damages, losses, proceedings, and expenses including settlement costs and fees charged by attorneys arising from your use of any videos, written materials, and services provided.
The A-Team In Transformation has the right to refuse to work with anyone that we deem is not a good match for any reason.
